THE BRIEF · 15 MINUTES · FIXED QUOTE IN 24 HOURS

Fifteen minutes here replaces a month of meetings.

Most studios use a brief to prepare for a call. We use it instead of one. Answer these questions and a director — not a sales manager — reads them and comes back within 24 hours with a fixed price, a fixed date and a list of deliverables. No discovery call required.

SC 01 · THE PROJECT

Who is the film for?

The basics we need before anything else. Thirty seconds.

Two or three sentences. What the product is and who buys it.
Which market is this film for?
SC 02 · THE FILM

What kind of film, and where does it live?

Where a film is shown changes what it costs — broadcast needs licensed music and cleared rights, online does not.

What do you need? *
The single most useful answer in this brief. Not «a beautiful video» — what has to change in the viewer's head.
Where will it be shown?
Which formats do you need?
SC 03 · THE CRAFT

Camera, generation, or both?

This section moves the price more than any other. A shooting day carries a crew, a location and equipment; a generated shot does not. If you are unsure, say so — deciding this well is our job.

Does this film need live shooting? *
People on screen
The product in frame
City and location: your plant, an office, a studio, on location.
SC 04 · MATERIALS

What already exists?

Existing assets shorten the work and lower the price. Restrictions matter just as much — tell us early if your brand book forbids something.

What can you hand over?
Two or three links to films you like — and one line on what exactly you like in each. «The rhythm», «the light», «the humour» tells us more than the link alone.
Languages and versions
Brand restrictions, legal limits, a competitor's style to avoid — or a policy that forbids AI-generated imagery. Better said now than after the previz.
SC 05 · THE SLATE

Date, budget, and who signs.

The last three answers. A budget range is not a commitment — it tells us which version of the film to design, so the quote lands close on the first try.

Budget range *
Names or roles. Knowing how many people sign off tells us how many revision rounds to plan.

What happens next. A director reads the brief — there is no sales team here. Within 24 hours you get a fixed price, a fixed delivery date and a list of deliverables. If anything is unclear we ask by message, not by scheduling a call.

Rolling.

The brief is in. A director reads it and comes back within 24 hours with a fixed price and a fixed date.
